The County Square Development Project, including the installation of a Laurel & Hardy statue outside the Coronation Hall, will start in the second week in January 2009 and complete in March. This will involve improvements to the area outside the Coronation Hall, street furniture, bollards and lighting. There will inevitably be some disruption, with a full road closure in force from time to time, but the aim was to keep this to a minimum.
